At Kava Kartel, we ship sacred botanicals, ritual performance enhancers, and premium streetwear straight to your doorstep — fast, secure, and with care.

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to all orders placed through our website at www.kavakartel.co. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

  • During high-volume drops, product launches, or promotions, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to activate after shipment.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Due to varying laws and regulations, we cannot ship certain products (e.g. kratom, kava) to the following U.S. states or cities:

  • Kratom Restrictions: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin

  • Kava Restrictions: Consult your local laws
    We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders that violate shipping restrictions.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost or stolen packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier

  • Delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control

However, if something goes wrong, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.
