Kava Kartel Refund Policy

At Kava Kartel, we stand behind the quality of our botanicals, performance blends, and streetwear. While all sales are generally final due to the nature of our products, we understand that things can happen — and we’ve got your back within reason.

This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds are granted, so you know exactly what to expect.

Consumable Goods (Kava, Kratom, Extracts, Elixirs)

Due to safety, compliance, and health regulations, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any opened or used consumable products, including but not limited to:

  • Kratom powder or capsules

  • Kava root or instant kava

  • Liquid extracts and shots

  • Herbal blends or drink mixes

Exceptions:
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with a photo and order number. If the issue is verified, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Apparel & Non-Consumable Products

Unworn, unused apparel (e.g., shirts, hats, accessories) can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is in new condition

  • Tags are still attached

  • It is returned in its original packaging

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective.

Timeframe for Requests

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. After that window closes, we reserve the right to decline requests.
